1 Membership and Eligibility
To create an account on bag333 and use its services, you must meet the following conditions:

- Deposited funds may not be sent through a third party. Transactions must be made from a method registered in your own name.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Bonuses and promotional offers on bag333 are subject to the following terms:
- Welcome bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
- The wagering requirement for bonuses is 25 times (25x). This means withdrawals can be made after wagering the bonus amount 25 times.
- Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
- Example: A deposit of ৳22,000 will receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.
- A bonus may only be usable on specific games — the detailed terms for each promotion will be provided separately.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically permitted.
- Bonuses may have an expiry date, and any bonus that is not used within that period will be cancelled.
- bag333 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
5 Betting and Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to gaming and betting activities on the bag333 platform:
- A bet or game round once confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
- If a bet or game round is left incomplete due to a technical error, bag333 reserves the right to take appropriate action.
- In live sports betting, if the status of an event changes after an offer has been made, the revised rules will apply.
- Standard international rules are followed for all sports betting, including cricket (especially BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup).
- Maximum bet limits may apply for casino games (slots, live casino).

6 Prohibited Activities

- If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect.
- These terms and conditions are written in Bengali, and the version published in Bengali shall be considered final.
- bag333's failure to exercise any right under these terms and conditions shall not be considered a waiver of that right.
